Ebola disease in DRC

As of 21 July 2026, a total of 2536 confirmed Ebola disease (Bundibugyo virus) cases, and 1033 confirmed deaths, have now been reported in five provinces: Ituri, North Kivu, South Kivu, Tshopo and Haut-Uele. Please see our Topics in Brief article for further details on Ebola disease.
