Mpox in Uganda

Between 1 July and 28 October 2024, a total of 222 confirmed cases of mpox have been registered in Uganda with one death. Cases have been reported in 21 districts. Clade Ib has been detected in the country. Please see the mpox in brief article for further details on mpox.
